Stretching Update

Just to let you know, I have not for­got­ten to add the next arti­cle. I promised in Why Flexibility is Important in Taido that I would post again soon with some spe­cific rec­om­men­da­tions for improv­ing your flex­i­bil­ity, and I am work­ing very hard on get­ting that done.

The prob­lem I ran into was try­ing to describe stretches ade­quately in a writ­ten for­mat. I even took a bunch of pic­tures of each stretch only to real­ize that they still required a lot of expla­na­tion. I decided a cou­ple of days ago to scrap the whole thing and start over — this time with video.

So, right now, I’m work­ing on get­ting every­thing set up to take some video in a cou­ple of days. As soon as I do, I’ll get it posted up here so every­one can see how sexy I look rolling around on my kitchen floor.

So any­way, thanks for being patient. I haven’t for­got­ten about you. It’ll just be a few more days.
